"Today staff in the afternoon was extremely rude. People can do without the attitude and if you don't like your job this is nothing to do with the customer, blonde lady in the store was so rude to me, i was want to return things that I just bought an hour ago, and she took my receipt and she was where is your receipt, I told her in the back i gave it to you she was so rude answering me back saying you can exchange but no return, I asked her to check the camera and see that the receipt was there and she did refuse to do, and asked her to talk to the manager of the store and she was so rude telling me she is the manager, she can’t help me anymore. The worst DO NOT GO THERE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"I went there this afternoon with my mom and a friend. I've heard many rumors about "being careful" about getting ears pierced but it went really well today! I can't remember her name but she was very gentle and I've had no problem in the past when I got my ears pierced. (In first grade I got my ears pierced and I didn't take care of them. But that was on me.) it went really well. I highly recommend!"

"Horrible customer service. The young lady that was working tonight. April 5 2018 around 6:30 or 7pm was so rude. If you didn’t feel like working with customers today you should have stayed home. Claire’s right across the way was very friendly and helpful without the huffing and eye rolling."

"I recently got my ears pierced here, and let me tell you, I was extremely nervous. I have a huge fear of needles and was definitely scared. However, the store manager here (ashley) did a terrific job. She made sure I was fully informed and ready before actually piercing my ears, and she did a perfect job. I absolutely love how they look and she was so friendly. Definitely recommend!"
