"I had a trench coat pickup. It was not pressed. I spoke about my displeasure. They agreed to take it back at no charge. I also had three sweaters. After inspection, I noticed one had spots with a note stating they could not be removed. The stains appeared to be fresh, maybe tea. I had the lady at the counter give me back trench coat but I also informed, I could hand wash the sweater and remove the stain. That's what I did and took it back just to prove no effort was taken to really clean the sweater. I hate when people lie. I will take my business somewhere else."

"I took 3 pair of jeans 2 to just be dry cleaned & 1 pair of Levi 501’s to be Heavy Starched for my 50th Birthday party which is a 50 years of hip hop celebration so I wanted my jeans old school starched we I clearly explained when dropping my jeans off. The man who took my jeans said they would take care of it, needless to say my jeans were not heavy starched or creased correctly and to top it off when I voice this to the polite lady who was working she responded & I quote “I know what you wanted, my OG who does it doesn’t like to heavy starch because he don’t like how they look” blew my mind who cares what he doesn’t like to do I’m a paying customer & deserve to get what I asked for. I didn’t want to waste my time going back & forth so I paid for services done that I did not approve. Very nice lady but very poor work & no accountability!!!"

"I went here because my late father was a customer for several years. I knocked on the door for entry & the woman unlocked it and walked off (didnt open it, greet me, nothing). She half way answered my questions. I was greeted the same way the second time. Prices are too high for rudeness. I wont be back."

"I took several dress shirt in to be cleaned, pressed and lightly starched. Of the 8 shirts, two were not properly cleaned around the neck and none were iron with starch. The ladies are extremely pleasant, but they defend their poor quality of work by making excuses. The quality of work has diminished tremendously over the last few years. I lost patients when I took my suit to be cleaned and buttons were removed from the sleeve."
