"Don’t believe a lot of the fake reviews on here. I’m an old client of this cleaning service. I stopped using them because I moved out of state. Now that I am out of state and work with a new cleaning service, I see how shockingly terrible and lazy of a job Cleaning Concepts did. Bad enough to come back and leave this review. The fact I ever paid these folks to clean my apartment is borderline criminal. I don’t have to come home and clean behind the cleaning crew anymore. I don’t have to come behind them and clean my fan blades they’d never clean. Never did I truly get what I was paying for in my bi-weekly service with this company. Simple as that."

"Celia and Niurka came out friday afternoon and did an excellent job. We just had my brother moved out so we needed some deep cleaning in the house. As they finished 2 nd floor of the house, they made sure we were satisfied with what they did. Everything was clean and perfect! They also did great job cleaning out stove and microwave and all the other space in the first floor as well. 5 star for the great experience!"
