"I will not be getting service from this place anymore. While the experience in office is fine, I cannot get ahold of anyone I need from billing. I have been calling for the past 14 months (not exaggerating) trying to get bills figured out since my statements are not correct. But no one can help me over the phone. I call and there is no billing department to even choose from. Been having to leave messages with the front desk and still don’t get any call backs or solutions. I’m very disappointed in what seems like such a professional place. I hate that I have to switch where I go now all because of billing department."

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Perinatal Specialists of Kansas City for my 20 week anatomy screening, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly accommodating, making me feel welcomed and at ease. During my appointment, I had the privilege of meeting with Dr. Cecily Clark-Ganheart, and I couldn't have been more impressed. Dr. Ganheart's took the time to meet with me after the scan and answered all of my questions with patience, kindness and clarity. What truly stood out to me was Dr. Clark-Ganheart's compassion. She made me feel reassured and empowered with her warmth and understanding. By the end of the appointment, I felt much more knowledgeable and confident thanks to her guidance. While I only had to go once, it was a wonderful experience and will gladly return if needed! Overall, my experience at Perinatal Specialists of Kansas City was top-notch, thanks to Dr. Ganheart and the entire team. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of perinatal care!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I feel like this office 100% about money and not patient care. I was referred because I was told I have gestational diabetes. I go to the appointment and was immediately told to pay over $300 to be seen and forced to put a card on file. At the appointment I wasn’t given any information that I didn’t already know, and didn’t have to be put on medication. Was basically told to keep doing what I was doing. Then I received a bill for an additional $185 dollars when nothing has been done for me! They don’t follow up with you, they requested my sugar level log numbers no one ever called to say if I am doing okay or if further action needed to be taken. The only follow up I got was about the remaining balance on my account to the point where I feel harassed. I will not be going back and I hope my baby will fine my last 3 weeks because they absolutely do not care! Also billing knows nothing, can’t help with nothing, won’t set up payment plans and the phones constantly cut in and out. Would not recommend!"

"Have nothing but good things to say about the care received here. The front desk staff was super friendly and I had a great interaction with Dr. Clark-Ganheart. I would recommend this practice to any friends in need of a high risk doctor!"

"Billing is horrible, I received an email saying that they are going to take out a payment from the credit card I have on file to pay a late fee. Interesting though because they don't let you see a Dr. or have an ultrasound or receive services unless you pay day of appointment. I checked my bank statements and found all the dates that I paid. Even the patient portal said I have a $0 balance. I called billing (they sometimes answer their phone, or you always get sent to voicemail). I got through today and they said that they show no record of payment (even though I have a credit card statement of proof). I called the Dr. office to check because I got a receipt when I paid. The receptionist even said she showed no record of payment. This is very frustrating and a huge inconvenience. I'm already a high-risk pregnancy (the very reason I was sent there) and this isn't helping my high blood pressure at all. Very unhappy and glad I no longer go here for services. Currently waiting on a billing manager to call me back. I'm hoping their phone isn't cutting in and out like it was when I called the billing department."
