"I dropped off a winter coat 2 weeks ago and was told three times that I would be called when it was ready. Never received a call, had to call them and see if two weeks was enough time and was told it was done. When to pick it up and pulled up the plastic to look at it and noticed a ton of fuzz and hair still all over it, was asked if it was okay and as I was about to say no not really, the owner covered it back up and said it’s the best we could do and happy thanksgiving, dismissing me to leave. This cost $35, took two weeks and you can see the job they did in the photos. I won’t return."
