"Nathan was quick to respond when we needed emergency sewage cleanup in our apartment after hours. He was very thorough and made sure to sanitize everything and dispose of any bio hazards. He even went out of his way to toss our couches out to the dumpster when they got ruined by the sewage water. We were very thankful for his quick response time, and the efficient cleaning he provided. It was a huge weight off our shoulders during a highly stressful situation! "I called in and gave an honest description of my rental house. They quoted me 129 over the phone. Then when they got to the house said the carpet needs a deep clean and it will be $360. There is less than 500 square feet of carpet to clean. So I said no deal. Then they called back and said they could do a basic clean. And that basically didn't clean very much. Now I agree this property needed a deep clean. But so many other companies will include that. I wish I would have rented a rug doctor or called another company. this company is a joke."
