"If I could go back and never hire this company I absolutely would. The mitigation team with Mike was helpful, and timely which is what gives this team a one star review. However, the second reconstruction took over the project, this became a complete hell. Dave came to our home, walked us through the work needing to be done, we talked timeline, insurance, anything that needed addressed and it all seemed great. However, after this meeting things became lackluster, with little to no communication, lies, and horrible customer service. They promised the job to be done within 6 weeks, and 3 weeks in they still had yet to order a single item for our home. The only thing they accomplished was tearing apart our bathroom, breaking an unaffected vanity, horribly patched and painted drywall, and spent a week working on it. Not to mention letting themselves into our home whenever they wanted with no communication to us that they would be doing work, and when asked about it we were told “this is a very invasive process and you have to get used to it”. Dan was absolutely a nightmare to work with as the contractor, trying to sell us cheap replacements for quality materials ruined during our flood and then continuing to pester us about the decisions we made for OUR home. When we had enough and decided to terminate services, Dan and Dave both made inappropriate comments, including thanking a very pregnant woman “for not letting her hormones get the best of her in this situation” and being impossible to deal with when we were billed an astronomical amount of money for work that PM did not do. Overall, save yourself the nightmare of hiring this company and look elsewhere."

During that time, they have not deviated from excellent service from office services, managers with insurance issues, project managers and skilled workers. We contacted Property Medics in a panic in the middle of the night. They responded immediately and were at our door the next day promptly at 8:00 ready to begin work. All across their staff Property Medics is friendly, dependable, competent and professional. Without fail, they notified us an hour in advance of their arrival and who it would be. "Property Medic cleaned up the water & mildew damage and restored my home library room which houses several thousand books and LP records. These specialists worked on damage mitigation, reconstruction and plumbing repair. All of them are thoroughly professional, highly skilled and courteous: James, Inness, Dylan, Justin Houck (project manager), Dan Moss and Zach Mueller. They also helped me navigate the bewildering world of insurance claims. Zach Mueller did the reconstruction phase: new flooring, dry wall, painting, and shelving reconstruction. The outcome is perfect. I highly recommend Property Medic and its partners for projects to restore a damaged home or office to its original condition. It will likely look better than ever, as it does in my experience. I could not be more pleased with the expertise and work of Property Medic."

"I would 1000% not recommend property medic. They come in very nice and make it sound like they are going to do exactly what needs done, how you want it, in a timely manner. None of this happened and by the time my mom’s house was “completed” she just wanted to get back home. She was displaced for 9 months due to pipes bursting. The paint it terrible, not even the color she chose but they assure her it is… we can tell lilac from blue and painted the entire home with flat paint that wipes off when we try and remove hand prints left by PM workers. They came in to do touch ups and painted with a different color, the blue she had originally chosen so now she has polka dots. Over all the two Dans that were in charge were condescending and made her feel uncomfortable and embarrassed to question their work. They also just piled wet furniture and boxes into pods …nine months long… when we opened them to start moving her back home, so many things were ruined due to mildew. They have very little concern for more than being paid at the end of a very long poorly done job. Its a shame really. Don’t use these folks."

"I had 2 technicians (Mike and Mike) at my house for the water cleanup and they did such a great job! Very polite and professional! They explained how everything works with my insurance company and helped me file the claim. Chris, my project manager, came in for the construction repairs and made sure everything was covered by State Farm, which is a huge relief to someone who has never experienced this before. I would recommend Property Medic to anyone that has a restoration need and help with their individual insurance claim. They know how to handle it and get you through the trauma."
