"**CAUTION** I was a patient of "Dr." Abney for over 10 years. As I aged, I began to have problems. Year after year, she told me these changes are "normal." Not knowing, I believed her and my issues progressed to the point I could hardly walk. Every day is a struggle. At the suggestion of multiple female friends, telling me these issues are NOT normal, I finally sought a 2nd opinion. I do not recommend seeing the nurse practitioner if at all possible.. if it wasn't for me speaking against her I may have went to give birth to my daughter at 30 weeks rather than later.
