"Dr. Nagy is an awesome upfront honest dr!!! Never met him and he delivered my son (2nd child in 06 then my youngest in 09.... when my son had umbilical cord around his neck 6 times and for me and my hubby we couldn’t be more happy that he stepped in and took over and SAVED my sons and my life!!"
"Dr. Nagy Gave birth to my 2nd and 3rd babies. My OBGYN for my first baby has been featured on TLC many time, but I recommend Dr. Nagy over her a million times. He became like a family member. I’ve recommend him to all of my friends"
"Absolutely hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had!! I am so sad he retired. From his colleagues to the several patients I know of his. He’s the most loved doctor in Kansas City. The best!! Without him, I’m confident I wouldn’t have my son! Grateful and thankful for Dr. Nagy!!"
"It's a good thing this terrible doctor and butcher of laboring woman being isn't practicing medicine anymore! He was so rude, condescending and made me cry during my OB visits throughout my pregnancy but due to insurance and young naivety, I had to keep him as my doctor. Then at the birth of my first child, he refused to follow my wishes against having an epidural. I labored to 8.5 centimeters and then got stuck due to excess amniotic fluid and a tiny 6 pound baby. My labor and delivery nurse who was wonderful, agreed that the only solution was to break my water so that I could progress. But he staunchly refused to break it unless I had an epidural. And essentially tried to black mail me in to getting one unless I agreed to an epidural. I did not, so he made me labor for over 5 hours with no progress until my nurse begged him just to break my water. He begrudgingly did so and then said he was off to play golf and would be back to check on me later because it would be hours before my delivery. After he broke my water, in about 10 minutes and just two hard contractions, I progressed to a 10 and was ready to push. He was called back and when he entered the room he seemed very put off and annoyed with the entire situation. He then proceeded to give me an unecessary episiotomy for such a tiny baby, during which he cut and pulled me open 3 or 4 times with both hands! My parents and the nurses had looks of horror on their faces! It took me 4-5 months to heal from this butchery. And in one push I pushed my daughter out and he literally just tossed her upon my belly. Quickly stiched me up and left. If I had not been a young 24 year old first time parent, or easily intimidated, I would have sued this sadistic jerk for how he treated me and what he did to me. Luckily, 3 years later I had an absolutely wonderful doctor and birthing experience with my second child and now know how it should have been the first time around. He is a truly terrible, terrible doctor!"
"Best Dr ever. I'm sad he's retired now. Now I have the chore of finding someone that could be half as good as him."
