Midtown Laundry

"This was a pleasant surprise. I have been to laundromats all over the world including in the USA and usually at the time of night I went and sometimes in that area I would never expect good customer service or service at all. You often find no one working or get ripped off by machines or there is clientele there that makes you uncomfortable. Either way you never expect to feel that you are valued at a laundromat. The owner was fantastic and helped me use an app to pay for laundry and the other woman working there even asked me if I liked it! They helped me fix an issue and were friendly and engaging. Rare for a laundromat in general! I feel bad because while everyone has different experiences obviously some people here just want to take advantage of this place and the management and use it like a shelter which may be why they aren’t treated well. But I will definitely be back!"

"We've been using a different laundromat for a couple weeks while our machine is out of order at home and we've been very disappointed. I searched out for a different laundromat and found Midtown. What a pleasant change!!! Many, many machines. All in working order. Machines and floors are clean. 4 change machines to convert your dollars into quarters. Vending machines for snacks and drinks, and a handful of arcade machines. A dozen folding tables near the dryers. We'll be back next week!"

"I’ve done laundry here for over 10 years and I am absolutely in shock that THIS is allowed to work here like this!! This was Sunday morning of May 28th when a lot of seniors and children are here. I just really don’t know how to feel about this. She’s an actual employee on the clock helping customers out while dressed like this!"

"Always the cleanest laundry place in the area. It feels nice to see staff actually wiping down machine and mopping floors more than once per day. New machines that can work off am App and your debit/credit card was just installed recently. Only thing I'd change is the fact they took away they $1.50 small "quick" wash options after so many people utilizing those instead of the regular priced machines. They haven't ran specials since the first 3 years of operation, that also could draw customers back or help those who frequent this location."

"Midtown Laundry is conveniently located with very accommodating hours of operation. Last load in by 9:30 PM and they closed close at 10:30 PM. I didn't mention when Midtown Laundry opens because I was extremely surprised they closed! Midtown Laundry always seems to be open and ready to wash away your dusty blues, keep your colors colorful, and deliver your whites so bright you might think the Sun is shining at night! Always clean and tidy with a washer or dryer ready to serve, give Midtown Laundry a spin!"
