"I'm don't even know how to express the lack of professionalism the owner showed. Because I needed to change the origial date I tried to talk to this women requesting her to call me off and on for 3 weeks ... she did not return a single phone call requested. She always forced me to communicate through texts like a teenager. Adults TALK to clients. Having said that I hired this company to do a DEEP clean in order for a photographer to take pictures and list my house for sale. I tried to make it clear that I have a 2300+ sq. foot home, 9 ceiling fans, 26 windows and and it would be a big job. I was prepared to pay for services rendered and that it was probably a 2 person 6 hour job. The show up time was to be 9 am. One person showed up at 9:50 and smoked at least 4 cigarettes because I could watch from my door camera, and was gone when I returned home at 3 pm. It is easier to list WHAT WAS NOT DONE: *no vacuum in any room or throw rug *not one floor swept or mopped *bathtub dirity *dust and cobwebs in every corner *only 1 of the 2 ovens cleaned *window blinds at weird angles and askew *cobwebs on curtain tops *face plates not wiped down *oily layer on furniture where some sloppy dusting was attempted but was so oily I had to use paper towels to finish cleaning and removing finger prints *pictures and shelf items dusty ... and everywhere I look I see more ... I could go on. I contacted the owner and she said her person had just left to get something to eat and would be back. At 7 pm the owner texted 'she ran out of time' and would be back the next day ... the photographer was coming at 10:30!!! Of course that is not a substitute for a service contracted. I am 68 years old, partially disabled and had to call in every family member, friend and anyone I could pay to help so I could be ready by the next day. I NEEDED a responsible company to fulfill their end of a signed contract. I did not and will not allow them back into my home and would advice you to find someone mature and depenable."

"Missouri Mama Cleaning has been taking care of my home for years now. They continue to thrill me when I'm able to come home to a clean place. Plus it makes my wife that much happier as well. And Alaina continues to do all she can to accommodate us when we need a special holiday cleaning or to change up the schedule due a special house guest."

"I ordered a move out cleaning quoted for $380. I barely received a regular cleaning. No mopping was done. Only certain rooms were vacuumed, and many other tasks that were supposed to be included. They broke the faux wood blinds on a window in the living room and I was offered $15 for a $47 blind. The owner sent the girl out to complete the job a 2nd time. It looked the same as the first time. When asked about it I was not given a good response. I had to do over 2 hrs more cleaning myself after she had been there twice because I had realtor pictures being taken in the morning for my house to be listed. I don't recommend this company. The check was also cashed less than 12 hours from when I paid her knowing there are all these issues."
