"We ordered some frames from their website. Took a month to get to us. When we received them the glass was shattered on them. These things happen, so I went to the store to return them. The lady at the counter returned the items minus the shipping and didn’t mention anything about it. When I asked about why they didn’t return the shipping, she immediately started a conversation about something else with someone over her headset. I tried to talk to her and she seemed annoyed. After going to my car I tried calling to speak with the manager. The person who answered the phone grilled me about why I wanted to talk to the manager then hung up on me. I called back and was again hung up on. I tried one last time several hours later at about 3:30 pm. I was then told that the manager was gone for the day. I then went on the website and requested a call for the manager. Now 3 days later, they haven’t returned my phone call. Stay away from the springfield Mo location as they clearly don’t care about customer service. Our situation occurred Thursday the 14th at around 12:40 PM"
