"I am very disappointed. I called them last week and told the young woman who answered the phone that I needed a firm quote to turn in to my management before I could hire them. I gave her exact room dimensions, info about how soiled the carpet was. She said they had a minimum trip charge of $90 and that should cover the cost. When Roland arrived he measured the room and said it would be $200. I explained the quote I received and he said he wouldn't do it for that. He kept saying "we like to be transparent". The time for being transparent was when I made the appointment. Charging me more after you arrive is not "transparent". It is bait and switch. Consumers be aware. I have an event this Saturday and don't have my carpets clean. More than frustrating!"
