"If there was an option to give zero stars, this is what I would give because that’s what this company deserves. First, when we initially contacted them to come do our backyard deck it took them months to come out, and it took them awhile to respond. Then when it finally came time for the job to be done, they never showed up on time for their appointments and they constantly changed the appointment dates and time. They would show up at the house when no one was home and call asking where we are, but of course we’re not there because it wasn’t the scheduled time. Our deck has some weather damage and old paint on it, so we were told they would sand it down and put paint stripper on the existing paint. All they did was power wash it. So now that they laid the new paint on top, it’s chipping away. We had them come back out and redo it, but it still hasn’t fixed the problem and now we have chips, splintering wood, and peeling paint everywhere. They also did a poor job at painting it in the first place because they got paint on some of our furniture and pool. We’ve been trying to contact them again and have left emails, voicemails, and texts and have not gotten a single response from them. This is probably one of the worst customer service I’ve ever been given. Choose somebody else to do it or do it yourself!!"
