"The building we are renting has been vacant for a while and when we walked in it has paper glued on the inside of the windows and horrible paint marks on the outside. We tried to clean and we made them bearable, nothing more. When asked Alex to come see and he said that would have been able to make them clean, and we were excited - and a little skeptic.
