"This company is timely and professional. They placed a damper in our fireplace and replaced damaged brick and mortar on the outside of the chimney. Our brick is no longer available but Steve did a great job of mixing colors. You cannot tell between the old and the new. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home."

"We had our chimney and wood stove inspected and cleaned last week. The service rep was friendly, professional and cleaned up the area. Couldn’t tell he’d been there. Today (2/19/24) we had our furnace and vents cleaned. Once again the service rep was friendly, professional, explained what he was doing and left everything clean . Both times we were alerted they were on their way! We are very happy with LCS, and highly recommend them."

"I recently used LCS to do duct cleaning and they did a good job, arrived within the window that they stated and spent the better part of the day cleaning the ducts. The reason for 3 stars is multifold. Firstly, the 1 technician that they sent to do the work, though knowledgeable, smelled of marijuana when he arrived first thing in the morning. It also appeared that he smoked more during his lunch break. While I don't have issues with smoking pot, I do believe there is and should be a sense of professionalism in a situation like this and you should not be smoking so much that it can be smelled on yourself. I understand getting set up and being in and out of the home for tools/equipment/supplies, but it seemed that keeping the door closed was an issue and I have 2 indoor only cats. Frequent trips to try and keep the door closed were done on my part as well as a concern that 1 cat had escaped (fortunately found hiding inside later). Furthermore, after the service they had asked me for a review. While I don't have an issue with leaving a review, I do not just give a review to do so. It's my belief that something either has to be exceptional to be called out or such a disaster that others should be aware. That said, I have received multiple and continuing requests asking for a review - both by phone and email. A simple prompt a few days after the service would be fine, but they started a couple hours after the service was completed and have been ongoing for a couple weeks now (text for the first few days and email only as of late). It's my belief that this tactic is pressuring people into a review instead of promoting an honest review and feedback of the services provided."

The customer service that Stephanie provides is invaluable. She's always willing to help and answer all my questions. This company is professional, knowledgeable, and always very thorough explaining everything they do. Wouldn't go anywhere else!"
