"My mom brought her two dogs here back in March, and paid $100 just to have her lab bathed, and $100 to have her small dogs hair cut. On top of that when she was leaving they had a husky run through their door and out onto the Main Street. My mom had to tell them so it would not get ran over. This is totally unacceptable."

"Best groomer! Always very satisfied and highly recommend! My pup looks and smells great after his grooming. I also noticed when I took him the 2nd time, he was comfortable and happy to see her. She interacts with your pet, not just takes them off and puts them in a cage. They get to play in a room (the Daycare) with other's fur babies and she also offers training. She has given me a couple pointers just while I was dropping mine off that really came in handy.. In the past, she's groomed and trimmed my bunny's nails and my daughter's hamster nails."

"This is my Lucy. She hated going to the groomers and would fight you ever step of the way. New groomer , Pup Culture, opened and Lucy loves it. Not only is grooming offered, but there is a play area for the dogs. Britney and all the girls go out of their way to take care of the dogs and you can tell they love the dogs. Highly recommend them"
