"I had the absolute WORST experience here. I brought my cat in to be cremated and the receptionist was extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. When I returned to pick up my pets ashes I received the same treatment and she couldn't be bothered and had another person retrieve my cats ashes. I will not bring my pets here if this is how people are treated,who knows how my pets would be treated!"

"We started bringing our dogs to Dr. Hough and working with him for our cows after experiencing many others. His ability to diagnose and treat correctly the problem each and every time has been excellent. Two of our dogs have genetic spinal issues which have been largely kept under control following the diagnosis and then hydrotherapy. One of them was almost unable to utilize her rear legs and while not as fast as peak days, she is able to run and mostly keep up with the speedy mutt we have. I have no hesitation on recommending Dr. Hough to treat what is treatable in your dogs or cows."

"This place is a POS animal hospital they will turn your dieing or sick dog down just bc you don't have the money right there in hand I will never do business with this place again or send my friends of family there for anything."

"These people are FANTASTIC!!! Everytime I go in this place I have a great experience not to mention they kept my dog for over a week and nursed him back to health from a really bad case of salmonella. If you need anything from a flea pill to life saving care for your pet they have you covered."

"I'd give negative 10 million stars if I could. Me & my wife took in our at the time 7 week old kitten for congestion, coughing, & sneezing fits. Vet told us it was an upper respiratory infection. Gave him a shot of an antibiotic & steriod & sent us home. He seemed to improve over the next few days, almost a week. Then come this last Thursday, he started throwing up, refusing to eat, & was rather lethargic. We brought him in Friday. Vet shoved the thermometer so far up our kittens bottom he was SCREAMING. Said our kitten had a fever. Blamed it on being at the tail end of the upper respiratory infection. Said the vomiting was mucus. Gave him more antibiotics and a shot for neusea. Sent us home. He was still refusing to eat & drink 12 hours later. Still no change in 24 hours. Me & my wife noticed Saturday night that his gums & ears were going white. His meows sounded like we was in pain. Me, my wife, & my mother rushed him to an emergency vet in Tulsa. Diagnosis came back as kitten parvo virus. The pure negligence of the vet at Miami Animal Hospital could've cost our sweet furbaby his life! He wouldn't have survived if we would've waited any longer! I am absolutely livid! You can't tell me as a licensed vet that you can't recognise the signs of parvo or that you've never dealt with it! Luckily he's improving at the vet hospital in Tulsa. The vet at the Miami Animal Hospital just simply needs his license revoked for the rest of his life! He doesn't give a single care at all about these poor babies! It's just all about money to him. We will NEVER, EVER EVER be back to this business!!!!!!!"
