"They are trying to be a good hotel. The folks at the front were kind and happy. The room Was 90 when I walked into to the room. Took hours to cool down enough to sleep comfortably. The Bed was ok, the bed cover retains so much heat it was uncomfortable.the pillows need tossed and new ones bought. The room itself appears clean. However the bathroom could been alot cleaner. Hair in the tub and walls is just disgusting to me. Appeared to be dried urine in the bath tub also Not sure what it was. But a turn off. Breakfast was ok. If your allergic to artificial sweeteners beware. Syrup was all sugar free. No regular. Coffee tasted like a rerun of the coffee grounds. I would stay again. Just hoping it was a fluke."

"This place is GROSS! I took pics. I went back downstairs to let the front desk know it was dirty, old coffee filter from the last guests still was in the coffee pot & fridge was broke. We bought stuff to put in it. He shut me down & said the room was clean he checked them all. He still did nothing even though I had pics to show the room was nasty. Hot tub-broke. Shuts off every 5 min & the water is not clean. You have to get out & reset the jets or it will not stay on. Water in showers do not get hot & I will never stay again. "Breakfast" is a joke. Very nasty place."

"There is no elevator to access the 2nd floor. It is stairs only 2 flights. Just a heads up for some it may be difficult to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. My wife and I stayed there for 2 days. The place is fairly old but doable. They have indoor heated pool and jacuzzi that works as it should. Free breakfast til 9:30am. It is a typical breakfast. Waffles pancakes sausage eggs bacon biscuits and gravy. Fruit yogurt and etc. Not a bad place to stay it is close to Prairie Moon and Stables casino."

"Stayed here a few times over the past 5 years. Rooms okay, decent breakfast. Pool is absolutely disgusting & needs to be shut down. Nothing like photos in listing. Hot tub is sickly green color & timer is hanging off the wall. AC/heat units rusted or broken. Mechanical cabinet hanging open. Scanner on one outside door was out of order so had to go all around building for dog walks or loading cars."

"Overall the place was nice, with great customer service! The rooms were clean and the staff were super nice! The breakfast was terrible! Most of the stuff was watered down, and a lot of things either didn’t work, or they would not replenish. Definitely not a place I’d stay again!"
