"I have ordered and received flowers from Toblers several times and they never disappoint. My mom had sent me flowers for Valentines Day and the arrangement was beautiful but sadly died extremely quick. I called to let Toblers know and the next day they sent out a replacement. Flowers are extremely finicky so I understand this happens sometimes. (I will note this is the only time this has ever happened when ordering from Toblers over the course of a couple years so forsure a fluke!!) Love that they are local plus have an outstanding website that is easy to use where you can earn points. Best florist in KC!"

"Sent flowers to my mom and when she received but they were leaking. She called to let them know and they delivered her a new bouquet and allowed her to keep the other one.
