"I thought Nathan was great at the beginning. Roof looks great but once he got the 23000.00, he was done. My bathroom skylight leaks. They left a Gatorade bottle it and came back to get it. After that, it leaked. They also made my living room skylight fall through. I can’t believe the work ethic of Nathan’s company. He definitely is the salesman. Didn’t finished outside fiberglass roof over grill porch. Interior isn’t going to be done my them. My advice is to pay only for the work that’s done!!!"

"Nathan and Lauren’s at Roofmasters have worked hand and hand with me through one of the worst things I’ve dealt with as a homeowner which is expecting my carrier to replace my roof due to the hail and wind damage that multiple roofers have documented informing me needed replacement. Needless to say I want people to know that I had a completely different experience with Roof Masters Remodeling meeting my adjuster. It wasn’t pleasant no fault due to Nathan at all as Nathan conducted himself very well considering the challenges faced which was just like 1 year ago the same adjuster yelling at my contractor of choice at that time which was not Roof Masters anyways they also tried to argue on my behalf still the carrier argued my damages were caused from anything other than my covered peril hail and wind. And I’ll say listening to Nathan prove legitimate damages to this adjuster was a huge difference from before in obtaining the $11k plus dollar approval on my roof instead of a denial they definitely take the worry away. And when my check gets here they don’t even want it or my deductible not one penny before they finish all the work on my $11 plus thousand dollar roof replacement estimate per my insurance adjusters approval. With RMR’s price lock quarantine that my deductible is my only out of pocket cost. I wouldn’t want to do it any other way now."
