Always very difficult to get through to someone and had to play phone tag to get anything done. constantly had to advocate for ourselves and overall they brought little if any value to the table. Much simpler to source insurance prices ourselves. Do not personally recommend. Called to provide feedback as to why I was leaving and seeking auto insurance elsewhere and was hung up on.
