"Used their website to book a notary. The only time slot they had was at 3:30 pm. We book it and wait. Show up at 3:25 pm to be told that the notary left an hour before our appt for the day. We booked it two hours prior to the appt. When we told that to the guy at the counter he just shrugged his shoulders. My husband said “ so booking an appt is pointless?” He shrugged again and said I guess so."

"I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a company that says it is customer service. The little man with the terrible attitude behind the counter needs to get a different job or he doesn’t have to deal with the public. He is out of control."

"I drive 45 minutes there every time I have to send a package for the past 3 years because every time, I go in there the customer service is very knowledgeable and take care of me by walking me through steps to make sure it is shipped right. Their action makes me feel the package will be in good hands and will get where it goes. They answer all my questions."

"Stated they could not ship an item for me but did offer a solution as to where I could ship the item. Had to ask where else to go and the answer was vague. Would have been more pleasant and helpful if they could have just told me from the beginning where else to go."

"Never had an issue shipping a package from The UPS store in Joplin! I typically print my own labels and drop them off here. Rarely have I experienced long wait times and the employees are always ready to help. I have never needed to purchase additional services, as I believe these services are expensive. For the the location is perfect, although the parking lot can get a bit crowded around lunch time."
