"I posted my rip-off story on the NextDoor app. I was flooded with responses from other people ripped off by this company. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!! NOT CHRISTIAN AT ALL? Do not hire this company. they must be removing the bad reviews. I don’t know how they could get so many good ones We did an entire remodel with these this company. When we ask for invoices of proof of where our money was going, because we noticed they were over, ordering items. I told the. I didn’t want allowances on the contract because we were going to pay cash and get them ourself. But they said they would give us allowances at the end. We never received our allowances of several thousand dollars. They don’t respond because they ripped us off. They ruined our design by moving walls to far even though we’ve back, they didn’t listen, They walked away from our job with over six figures. And when we started asking questions at the shotty job they were doing they would make excuses. They did not listen to anything we wanted. Everything we ask for we did not get. They didn’t grout under the vanities. They didn’t paint the inside the cabinet they install the wrong Flooring. They left live electrical wires in the walls. Now they are refusing to give us an allowances back. they flooded our basement and ruined our downstairs. They over ordered supplies I am assuming to use on other jobs or their own homes. Make sure you get invoices because they will overcharge you on things. You don’t need they left us a nightmare, and we had to re-hire people to fix the shotty job. They did these people should not be in business. They have had three lawsuits against them, including ours.I have so many photos of their shotty job I can’t post them all."

They also went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with all the work they did. I don't think I was always an easy customer for them, but they never once waivered from giving me great service and quality work. They are very nice people. I highly recommend!"

"We had Kansas City Remodel come in to remodel our master bathroom. Allen estimated the time to be about 4 weeks. The gentleman that did the work, John, did a phenomenal job. He was very thoughtful of each step needed, then executed them with exact precision. The final bathroom is beautiful. We chose a product called Onyx for in the shower and the bathroom counter tops. We love it. It is so easy to clean and looks brand new each time. We will absolutely be having Kansas City Remodel out for our next remodel assignment. Allen, John, Cindy and all the remaining employees are each very helpful and so easy to work with. Thank you Kansas City Remodel."

"As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure how to find the best contractor for vaulting our ceilings. I really lucked out with Kansas City Remodel. Allen and his crew were professional, clean, polite, friendly, and I love our new ceilings! They installed recessed lighting, reinstalled the ceiling fan, and painted the entire room. While they were working, they installed this faux flooring to protect our hardwoods so they were never damaged. I was so happy with their work, I'd hire them again for future projects!"
