"In terms of actual product quality, the new gutters are great. There was a large range of color options, and the gutters seem to be sturdy and well made. The entire installation process was incredibly stressful, however. There was no communication about specific plans after the quote, which I wish I had asked about. I felt that I was misled about the scope of work being done in regards to the fascia board. The rotted portions were cut out and replaced, but they look really roughly done. I was told the new fascia would be painted; a few spots were, but not all. There are multiple places around the house where existing paint was peeled off during the installation process and the new gutters were installed over now-bare wood. We had a few downspouts that needed moved; the crew was great about our requests to change those locations even last minute. Unfortunately there were also a few downspouts that were relocated to very strange spots without our input and some spots where the gutters were not attached properly to the house at all. The gutters are great compared to our old ones; I just wish the process had been more clearly communicated and more carefully done."

"I called Jetstream because I received a recommendation from the carpenter that was replacing my front door when he heard my wife and I talking about the gutters needing replaced after we got out deck redone. They were out within a week to give me a quote to replace the old gutters and reengineer the downspouts on both side. The quote was very reasonable and I scheduled them to come out in a month to replace it Dennis came out promptly the morning they were scheduled. He was set up and working quickly. He was incredibly proficient and got the job done faster then I had expected. After he was done and cleaned up the debris from removal, he walked me through what he did and told me I would receive an invoice via email and to through it . Overall great experience. I would highly recommend."
