"We tried to have Paul come out to give us an estimate on work he had previously completed at the home. Work he did was deemed very “poor workmanship” from our insurance company. Stone veneer that is 4 years old is literally crumbling off of our home and Paul (without ever coming out to look) suggested we go to Home Depot and glue the crumbling wall back onto our home. He also had previously guaranteed the work for 5 years, but will not honor his own warranty which we have in writing. Stone veneer was never put on with wire mesh as it was suggested is the standard for this work. Paul has now become unresponsive to any messages. I would not trust this contractor with your home. I have never posted a bad review in my life but want to save another person from going through something like this with their home."
