"This company is great and very professional! The first time, I had a very sweet young lady come clean my carpets due to pet urine stains and smell, and she was wonderful! She told me that the smell and stain may come back, but if it did, to call them and they would come back out at no charge to treat it again. About 3 days later, the smell and stain did in fact come back, so I called the company back and the gentleman on the phone was very nice, and I felt that he truly did care! He put me back on the schedule to get retreated. Cameron came out to pretreat again, and he was also so extremely nice! He explained that the smell might come back as well as the stain because it may have went into the padding, but also told me that he could come out and do a carpet extraction, I believe it's what he called it. "I had a great experience so far with Zerorez. We had our air ducts cleaned today and will have the carpets cleaned tomorrow. First off, when I called for our appointments, the guy I talked to was very patient with my questions and helping me figure out which “packages” would work best for our house size and what we needed done. The two gentlemen (Mat and Shawn) that came today for the air ducts were very polite, kind and did a great job to leave the house in good order as they were working and when they left. I appreciated how they answered any questions I had, gave suggestions when going through a walkthrough of our house, and did a great job showing me before and after photos of our air ducts.
