They restrung my grandmother's pearls and were so sweet about it, and my husband had some earrings made to match. They worked with him to find pearls that matched and cannibalized two pieces to make the earrings for me. They just now repaired the clasp on a tennis bracelet and it is perfect."

"After purchasing an engagement ring, I returned to the store to buy wedding bands. When I picked up the ring it was not put together the way we had discussed and in fact looked unbalanced and all around wrong. When approached about the issues Tony argued with me about the way the ring had been put together and stated there was no other way to do it. I ended up taking my ring to another jeweler and without saying anything to them they pointed out all the issues I had with the ring. I paid a fee to have the other jeweler take the ring apart and put it back together correctly. I was really disappointed Tony didn’t want to fix my ring and that he couldn’t see the error he had made putting it together."
