"I have taken all of my pets here for over 12 years. They used to be an awesome place to take my dogs, but ever since they moved to their new building and have new staff and new doctors the level of service and compassion toward you and your pets has greatly declined. This week was the last straw when I took a pet in for a teeth cleaning and they provided an estimate for dental work. The high end of the range was supposed to be based on what it would cost if my pet needed extractions and oral surgery (which he did end up needing). However, when they called with the cost it was 1/3 higher than the high end of my estimate. What are you going to do when they have your dog sedated and call to tell you what they need. You want to be a good pet owner so you cough up the money. It's like they hold you hostage knowing you need to take care of your pet. This is not the first time this has happened in this new facility. To top it off, the level of care and customer service I received regarding this situation was apprehensible. Unfortunately, I won't be taking my three dogs back to this facility again. It seems like all they care about now is getting as much of your money as they can to pay for their new building and employees. Not you or your pets."

"Somehow, there was an appointment mixup, but despite that, they were SO accommodating and flexible to work in the appointments for both of our dogs. We were extremely grateful for that! Not only this, but the staff was amazing and Dr. Buckman was very thorough and great with our dogs. The facility is very clean, and I felt like our dogs were well cared for. Thanks!!!"
