"Sad business for a “jeweler”…… Took items into the store for him to repair. He gave me a timeframe when the items would be ready for pick up. I came in way after the timeframe he originally gave me. And he hadn't even started on anything - he lied to me and told me one item was done - but he was “too busy to wait on me”. No one else was in the store. I told him I would wait for him to do whatever he had to do - then he came clean and said “nothing was ready“. The biggest waste of my time - I highly recommend NOT to even step foot in the store. There is a reason this man / store has bad reviews!!!!"

"Very unprofesional and sanctimonious. We had a couple of questions, and the associate acted dismissive, rude, and acted as if we were wasting his time, albeit the fact that we were the only customers in the store. Can not believe they are still an open business with customer service so poor."
