"Place is a RIP OFF . If I could give no stars I would. Charged me 400.00 for a water test ( city charges 15.00 ) and tried to sell me an 8500.00 system. I had another Culligan dealer review test and said it's not that bad only some correction is needed. I spent 1400.00 dollars with an honest company for pure drinking water. Buyer beware and stay away."

"worst experience I've had with a home service provider. sent a maintenance worker out when i already knew i needed a new water softener and he was here for 5 minutes. proceeded to charge me $170. The maintenance guy wrote down that he was here for 45 minutes when in reality he turned 1 knob on the old water softener and told me that I needed a new one. i tried contacting their support team to voice my opinion and they have ghosted me 3 times. wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to use this company"

"We love our new water system! We got the water softener, carbon filter to dechlorinate and the reverse osmosis drinking water system. It has completely turned my baby’s sensitive eczema skin around. Her eczema has literally cleared up! Jeff was wonderful to work with- very patient, informative and not pushy. Our plumber came out a few days after we got the system for a different issue, and when he saw the system he said we made a great decision because it will extend the life of our pipes, fixtures and appliances. We have been telling everyone that they should really look into getting a Culligan water system"

"Our Culligan Water Softener started leaking after 15 years. When I called the office in Chesterfield Missouri, I found out that they do not service the Sullivan Missouri area. Fortunately, they were able to send me the service manuals and parts list so I could troubleshoot the problem, order the replacement parts and do the repair myself. In the end it probably saved me a few bucks not having a technician come out to do the repair, but it did require some effort and time on my part. All in all, I am pleased with their products and satisfied with their service department. I did not give them 5 stars only because they do not service the Sullivan Missouri area."
