"This agent is terrible. He has raised my insurance multiple times throughout my policy in one year. They hardly ever answer the phone. My insurance magically went up 170$ after already going up $100 prior to this price hike. This is a joke. Can’t get them to answer after I saw the payment amount taken. I feel as if this guy adjust is insurance policies to fit what he needs for his budget for the month. One of his employees told me he’s a scam artist and yet this is is who we allow to take care of customer as he falsifies what he does for a living."

"This place is a joke they blame customers for the faults that they make. They tried to take out a bank payment on the wrong date. I tried calling them to upgrade my new card number and vijit Sehgal would not write down the new number in order to extract the payment. then he backtracked the old card to get a payment; wasn't happening. Afterwards they blamed me and wanted to get the payment that he should have received with the new card. Brian or Brad- Vijit's assistant told me that his name was Brian but when I called him, his name became Brad, he wanted me to pay double payments In which I could not afford to do so soon. The customer service is rude! I was transferred while talking, without being told. I called back and spoke to another rep and we where talking; she held the phone and would not talk however, I heard her t.v.in the background. Now, they say I owe them $140.60? If only vijit sehgal had taken my new card number. This all would not have happened."
