Let people know that they will need additional information, such as their apartment rental agreement or employment contact, or an additional contact with someone else, before arriving to pick up the equipment. Allow the ability to submit the apartment rental contract in electronic format. Your app requires a new photo of a printed contract. There was no option to access an existing digital document already on my phone. If asking a worker for help with the app, don’t have them create a new rental agreement and try to charge me twice for one rental, even after showing the worker that my bank account has already been charged. They still asked for my payment details. When asking for the supervisor, it would be nice to speak with the supervisor, instead of being told that the supervisor is somewhere else and won’t be able to help you. The worker changed my statement of the gas level (with photos) after I attempted to complete the check in process on the app, but it failed twice. In the end, the vehicle ran well, and I was able to move my things from one location to another."

"Hire professional staff and train them. One staff member branded two weapons at me and my father and called me a weirdo and made the entire experience extremely hostile. Started with me not hearing the associate asking for another persons contact info. I repeated mine and the associate got an attitude. I asked if there was an issue then his attitude went from 0-100 real fast."

"Took $125 off my card without my authorization by charging me for 80 miles on a 20 mile roundtrip... Then they made a rental in my name from 245-645 like I moved twice in one day and tried to keep the whole $125 I ADVISE U DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Had I not called corporate office they would have got away with it because I've got receipt with the $78 refund they owe me oh ya u get to wait 7 days before they give u the money they intended to steal. Furious isn't a good enough word to describe how mad I am at these scam artists BEWARE I WOULDNT MAKE THIS UP"

"Picked up a Utility Trailer and purchased hitch equipment at the 5200 State Ave location in KCK. I was helped by Alayna S and Gabriel C. They were very helpful and understanding of my needs. Upon returning the next day I was met by Damian C. He was accommodating at first, but when I said I wanted to park the trailer myself which I did (in the exact same spot as it was in the day before) as well as un-hook all of the connections he said first that I parked it in the wrong place and was purposely making his job harder. I apologized, and told him that this was my first experience pulling a trailer and that I had a hard time making reverse moves with it. His reply was that if I didn't know how to handle equipment then I shouldn't have rented it. His manner in speaking to me was disrespectful (considering the age difference between us) and rude. The instructional videos that your company has posted on YouTube about trailers were very helpful - but you don't really start to learn how to do something until you DO IT. Having said that - I would still recommend this location."
