Even the driver said it’s the worst company when it comes to how they treat freight"

"2 days after my shipment was suppose to arrive with no update or phone call, I decided to call myself. Customer Service was rude. They said they would do a dock search and call me back but never did. Shipment is still missing and I just keep getting the runaround. I'm now out a $10k shipment and lost revenue due to this product not being on my shelves."

"They lost my package. One month later after "looking for it" and NEVER RETURNING ANY OF MY CALLS. They advised me to "file a claim with the shipper because it's lost." What good is their "OS and D" department?"

"After performing a dock search they confirmed that they had lost my package. No attempt to contact me whatsoever about the delay. Will make sure to not use Estes again. I hope whomever lost my package was disciplined accordingly. Caused me a huge inconvenience by not being able to move my yard waste with the trailer I was expecting to have over a month ago"
