"I ordered Anchovies but got Italian Sausage"

"Last time I ordered from here. Pizza was supposed to be no cut. This is now 3 out of 6 pizzas we have ordered from here that were supposed to be no cut that were not. I called about it the first 2 times ... I am done. The chicken (meat) and overall flavor of this pizza we got tonight were bland and flavorless. I lived in Kentucky before moving here and the quality and service were so much better. Just a bad location I guess."

"Where is the garlic butter/ sauce that is normally poured all over the garlic knots? Please see photo! I even open this up in front of the driver, and she agreed that the topping was not on them like it supposed to be but she left it. I called the store and was talking to somebody on the phone there they refused to identify themselves, and I had told them about this. I even said the driver acknowledged that the topping was not on there, like it should be, and there’s another driver just walked in the door and they said that I was lying about it. I then asked for the employee to identify themselves, and they still refused and hung up on me. I called back to see if I could get their name and they told me if I wanted anything done that I would have to drive down there and return, informed that that due to having a drink, I was not going to drive down there and they told me again if I wanted anything done I would have to come so they encourage people to drink and drive and then the guy again, without identify himself."

"I did a call in order for 2 one topping pizzas for $13.00. One pizza was pepperoni, and the other was sausage. These pizzas were not the quality one would look for when ordering pizza. Just have a look at the pictures. To make a long story short, I went back to get a refund and a guy by the name of Jewell said he was the manager just started punching buttons on the cash register then looked at me and said my refund will be back on my card in 5 days. I noticed he never looked at my receipt. He finally got my receipt and sent the refund to my card. I will be following up with the corporate office on monday. My recommendation of Papa John's on State Avenue is to avoid this place at all cost because when the manager is giving the customer bad service then you know the employees that work under him have this same quality. This place deserves -10/5"

"First time actually using papa johns. We are normally a Pizza Hut family. But I am super happy with the food we ordered and received! Garlic knots seem a bit burnt but still really good. So no real complaints I have, the delivery drive was sweet and smiled and seemed to have a great personality it’s great to see that with this company cause normally the drivers are not so happy."
