"They love to say "Receptacle Full" instead of putting my package in one of the many available parcel lockers. They rarely leave a notice, and if they do, it's to the wrong location. Also, when they do decide to put my package in a locker, they don't give me the key. Going to the location itself is ridiculous. They can't seem to find anything and make the process so complicated."

"My son’s passports ( two of them) were left at our doorstep on a rainy day. They were we wet. No body answered the phone. They deserve 0 stars"

"I have had pending packages since the 13th, and it is now the 25th. The snow storm backing things up was understandable, but not this far. When you call the number the phone just rings forever. I went in to pick up a rescheduled package and had to leave. The line didn’t move at all in the 20 minutes I was there. This office is clearly inadequate for the number of residents now in this area with just a half door for customer service, and no normal services like stamps, etc."

"This location lost their driver and so just decided to stop delivering our mail. We went without mail for almost three weeks, we even went in to see if we could pick it up and they never even had it sorted. This happened around Christmas time so I know I’m still missing items I needed. I am glad we’re moving because they are absolutely horrible in this area."

"Haven’t gotten mail for 10 days and same old excuse. short handed . have to pick up our mail and while I see it scanned to my phone when you go in we have no mail! They are too interested in delivering Amazon packages than providing the service we pay for"
