"Went here twice in the last few weeks. First time was at 2pm and they said they weren't open, which was weird because they were answering the drive thru. This time there was no roast beef. Like you know, the whole point of the restaurant. Service was at least friendly when saying they had no roast beef the second time. I just can't believe this place is still open."

"Showed up right at 4 PM (open 10am to 10 pm according to the door) Walked inside and the manager was on their phone trying to get a hold of someone. She then threw her phone on the counter where it flew off and hit the floor and then told me it would be a few minutes and then walked and locked all the doors. Came back up to the register, mumbling and cussing under her breath was very rude and abrupt when taking my order. Told me I could not eat it in the lobby. While I was waiting for my food. I walked around the storefront, the floor was incredibly sticky. The entire interaction was Very unprofessional on the part of the employee."

"It is unfortunate that this place has gone downhill. Unique food but the service provided was less than. Cleanliness is a huge hit as all stainless steal behind the counter is filthy. They messed up my order and I was the only one inside ordering. Not greeted when I entered. It was a waste of money considering they are rather expensive. And I felt bad for the one person trying to be attentive."

"I ALWAYS get the Classic Roast Beef sandwich with a side of au jus to dip it in. The recent advertisements and in-store signage for their new cheese steak sandwich looked SO good I had to try it! Major Buyer's Remorse! Instead of the incredibly delicious sandwich depicted it looked like someone puked that sandwich into a bun. And it was disgusting! I'll go back to my standby that I love and will NEVER try anything else at Arby's!!"

"Food was okay, staff was okay, prices weren't terrible. Nothing special about the place except for the restaurant was cleanest fast food restaurant in all of the restaurants that I've been to in North East Kansas and North West Missouri. Didn't go into the bathrooms but the tables and floor were impeccable. Edit to respond to Owner: Are you bringing it to their attention to let them know how good they are on keeping the place clean. Cause I did say you guys are the cleanest fast food restaurant in the area."
