"Unfortunately we regularly end up with cold fries, cold sandwiches, and lots of incorrect orders. Last week we ended up getting three meals, all of them were basically room temp and my burger had mayo on it despite requesting no mayo on it. We would have had it remade but we were in a rush and didn’t check until we were blocks away. Of course, this does happen especially with fast food, but it just happens to frequently here."

"This place looks amazing on the inside and that's saying something for fast food. Also, they do not do breakfast on the weekend."

"I recently visited this Burger King location and I must say, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the Whopper I ordered seemed like it had been slopped together without any care or attention to detail. It was far from the quality I expected from Burger King. The front service left much to be desired as well. It felt rushed and disorganized, with little regard for the customers in line. Despite there being only two people ahead of me, the service was slow and lacked efficiency. Overall, I was unimpressed with the standards at this Burger King location. It's a shame to see a once-beloved fast food chain fall so short of expectations. One star is a generous rating for this disappointing experience."

"The staff is always very kind but they are constantly messing up orders. A couple weeks ago i ordered a burger and they were out of burgers?! And then today i ordered mozzarella sticks and they had no marina sauce, they NEVER have marina sauce. AND the mozzarella sticks were freezer burned on top of that."
