"Wish I could put 0 stars. I just went in with a change of address issue. Sandy was extremely rude. She stared off by just letting me know I did it wrong. I explained to her what options I chose online and she let me know that wasn’t an option. I said but it was. She said on my 8 years of working here you are the first person to ever say that. I said well is there someone or somewhere that we can submit a complaint that for online address changes that what I clicked, shouldn’t be an option. She said no. I said I can’t be the only one to click that. She then repeated that isn’t an option. Finally another worker came over and asked what was going on. She started to explain but then changed what she said to me. So I corrected her and said no, you said that wasn’t an option. Basically calling me a liar and making me feel crazy. So I said I’ll pull it up and show you. At this point I need you to know that is an option so in case another person comes in. She waited. And there it was. She goes if you click it, it won’t let you proceed. I showed her that actually it does. I did apologize many times during saying I know the system isn’t her issue. But her attitude is. Did she apologize for her attitude or for being wrong and making me feel crazy? Of course not!"
"One of the ladies at this location is extremely rude. She wouldn't even let me finish a single sentence so I could tell her the issue I was having. Then at one point I tried to tell her I had put my change of address in here and she said...well why didn't you say that. I even asked her if she was having a bad day can I speak w someone else. Rude all around!"
"Worst post office in the U.S. Our mail carrier for The Pointe in Raymore needs to be fired. I have lived here for 3 years and they sent me a new resident card. Then I listen my name on there and that wasn’t good enough. USPS needs to get it together."
"To me this office does not even deserve one star. Multiple times I have visited the staff have been rude and hateful. I once called about a post box and was told " Don't come in here 45 minutes before close expecting us help you" What........... Then visited a day or so ago and when I walked in there was only ONE person in front of me. One. I had a pre paid box I was sending off and my phone was dead out in my car, So I was patiently waiting to have the employee scan it hand me a receipt to show I dropped it off. The woman up front rudely says " That's prepaid, you can drop that off over there." I told her I need a reciept to have tracking info, she says "Use your phone and take a picture" I said My phone is dead, she snipped back and said " I will do this this one time" Which I was fine with, could have walked out of there fine. Instead a woman from the back comes storming up and states they don't do that and they are not going to do that and rolling her eyes and yelling. As my 4 year old is standing there already distraught worried about his lost kitten we were trying to get home to find in the winter snow and ice coming down. All this over a 2 second receipt. She finally does it and what do you know it took 2 seconds start to finish to print and hand me. All of that for something that took 2 seconds to do. The woman at the front says the woman in the back yelling and showing no customer service is a manager. I call this morning to get that locations managers name, I call and the woman that answers says the managers name is Lisa and asks if I would like to talk to her. I stated no. I go online and put in a complaint this morning, I get a call from some woman that stated she is who handles that location and states to me Lisa is not even working right now and is out of office and has been... weird I was told she was there this morning and yesterday....... The woman on the phone kept cutting in and making excuses for this location it seemed. And wanted to tell me over and over how she was from the community and grew up and here and all this. What did they have to do with the employees of this location and the way they are acting. Customer service is terrible here. And I'm not the only one who has posted a complaint in the last couple of weeks, months. Clearly there is an issue."
