"The tables were not clean . The lady put her hands over my French fries instead of grabbing them on the side. I feel like you need to train your associates how to handle through properly. The bathroom needs a good cleaning.You need to go over hand washing what do you employees . The food is just ok nothing to brag about."

"This location has many times been out of Diet Coke or diet Dr Pepper. They do not tell you that they are out of the diet drink until you get to the window and then they say oh by the way we’re out of Diet Coke would you like diet Dr Pepper? this morning I waited in line for about seven or eight minutes and I got to the window and paid for a large diet drink and then I got to the pick up window and oh by the way we are out of both Diet Coke and diet Dr Pepper. Do you want us to refund your money she asks ! They have lost my business, this has happened to me too many times. I will drive out of my way to go to another McDonald’s. Who manages this store? How can they be out of diet drinks when None of the other locations are out Of diet drinks?"

"Ordered through the app for pickup in the drive thru. We had a crying hungry baby in the vehicle. We were directed to a parking spot. 20 plus minutes went by and we hadn't received our food. Went inside and it seemed like the employees weren't sure what was going on. Other people had been waiting longer. I asked for a refund and we left."

"I won't be going back to this location. They didn't bring the food to the table (or holler out our number) so our food sat on the counter for a while. When we did get it, I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me since we didn't get our drinks. The order was wrong. There were two other people in there whose order was wrong. I get the drive thru is important, but if you have customers standing there, just see what they need maybe."

"Here I was this McDonald's has to be better than the one down the street in Belton... Wrong. When I say this was the worst Filet-O-Fish I've ever had, I'm not exaggerating. The DQP seemed reheated instead of being freshly prepared. Hot garbage. The staff were fine."
