"Almost every interaction I've had with desk workers are unpleasant to say the least. That doesn't include the typical experience of them hatefully yelling at other people in line because THEY are so disorganized. I hate picking up my mail here, which is unavoidable when the carriers don't do THEIR job and require me to take time off from MY job so that I can come during their obnoxious hours. At the very least they should put lockers to pick up your packages/mail so you don't have to interact with any of their horrid workers."

"They always fail to deliver packages and if you try to get help they say “we left a note on your door for further instructions” when note is no where to be found! I highly recommend using Amazon for future packages if you can because the service here is abysmal"

Tabina and 2 other women were working today and they never acted inconvenienced by my questions or my mailing issue. More than kind, friendly and helpful! 10/10"
