"I had a package pick up scheduled for 1/16/23. The driver did not show but falsely stated they left a label. A label was not left. I called the 800 number on 1/17/23 to follow up. I received a call back from my local facility in Lenexa, KS stating to put package on porch and they would definitely pick up on 1/18/24. I put package out on 1/18 at 7 am. At 7pm the driver came and DID NOT take it! They left a door tag. I called 800 number again. Local facility called back and said that’s just the way it goes and I have to deal with the incompetency of driver not putting the label on package and taking it as he previously promised. He said ai could just deal with it. He wouldn’t let me speak and hung up on me. The package is now on my porch unsecured for someone to steal as I had to leave home after waiting 12hrs for them. He was rude and this is ridiculous. You put the label on the door after lying about coming 2 days prior. I am angry and disappointed in the inconvenience and incompetency."
