"Gas pumps are a joke, but you have a service industry gem in Alex. This kid gets it. On point. Everytime. Saved multiple experiences from just my POV. ABSOLUTELY REFUSES TO CHANGE ELECTRONICS AND OR PUMPS. COMPLETE LIABILITY TO DEPEND ON."
"Picked up pizza and it’s a total waste. Barely any sauce and the employees had a poor attitude. Every single one of them. Awful customer service."
"For the area it is in, this store has very low standards and customer service. At 7am they had no tea, coffee, or fountain drinks. If it wasn't in a can or bottle, you were out of luck. Store was dirty, lot had trash in it."
"I visited a Casey’s locator at 09350 Renner Blvd Lenexa KS 66219 and was discriminated against by a white employee. I went to purchase powerball tickets and was told by a white cashier to step to the side while she helped the white customers behind me. As though their orders were any more important or their time more valuable than mine. She said because asked for multiple tickets it wouldn’t be fair to make others wait. I’ve purchased tickets here previously on several occasions and no other employee has ever had an issue with assisting me. When I got in line no one was behind me but after printing out a couple of my tickets she stopped and asked if she could ring up a lady who was approaching the counter. I reluctantly agreed. But when she continued to call up more customers intervened by saying I’m not waiting for you to ring up everyone in line behind me. I’m a paying customer also. She begin to complain about dealing with long lines all day as thbough I was responsible for staffing. Meanwhile there two other employees sweeping and taking out trash. I became upset and demanded she ring me up or let me speak with a manager. She replied she was the manager so I requested the store manager or their contact info. She refused and threatened to call the police. Which of course she did because that’s what Karen’s do in the hopes that it will end badly for the black guy. I advised her unfortunately for her I’m a law abiding taxpaying army veteran so the police interaction probably won’t end like she would hope. I asked several times if she could just finish my request so I could go. She responded by calling the police and in her description to 911 she mentioned a gold chain as to let them know it was a black guy. At this point she left the register and went to a second register and begin saying she could help someone . I started recording as she begin helping several more customers as I stood at the register for 15-20mins . A lot of the white customers were also purchasing powerball tickets as well. The he police came and I explained the situation. To add injury to insult they stated that she requested a trespasss ordder be issued as if I would ever be back to spend one dollar in that establishment ever again. Or any other Casey’s for that matter. This appears to be a back door way to say “whites only” The he next morning I I called to file a formal complaint with the store manager Garrett and quickly learned why an employee would feel empowered to discriminate. He gave the same racist vibes raising his voice and being very argumentative saying that other customers shouldn’t have to wait for me and falsely accusing me of “going into the kitche” which was completely absurd. I told him I recorded the incident and that ended the accusations. But there was no mistaking what type of individual I was dealing with. I instantly saw the racist Apple doesn’t call far from the discrimination tree. I will be sharing my experience on every platform available."
