"Since UPS has never had drivers smart enough to find us in Marble Falls, you’re lucky if you get a package. Having to drive in to pick them up because apparently using GPS or making a phone call proves too much for drivers. It must be nice for the customer service center to be closed on Sat. That 5 days of not being able to get a package delivered is rough."
