"Worst experience of my life. If I could rate a minus zero, I most certainly would. I wear a very short natural style and wanted a simple lining but the lady student absolutely did not know what she was doing. It looks like I have a receding hairline, she trimmed my edges back so far and I had to tell her to get the hair off my neck. Ms Pat, the manager , I believe, was very condescending, telling me she felt worse then I did, of all the nerve!. Then she tried to cover the area with black gel, I could have just screamed! She said you just have to wait a couple of weeks, it will grow back, like I have a choice. Will never go there again, or recommend anyone to go there, I'm done."
