"I had a contract to do the monthly payment plan and unfortunately I had a heart attack and didn't get the payment on the due date I was told I broke the contract and there was nothing that they could do per the owner. I borrowed to get propane for that winter season. I like most people don't have $500 just laying around so I have been trying to save what I could for this season as we all know things happen and of course they won't come out for less than 200 gallons and per the owner I was told there is nothing they can do. So again with snow coming next week hearing those words make a person feel small .We work hard and struggle daily I hate this has to be added to the struggle. Thanks for your time."

"I had MS Propane set a tank at my new property. I called the Fair Grove location and got the date set. The installer came from Buffalo for the site review and install. He was very conscientious about where the tank was set to stay in code and save me money. We decided where it was to be and on install day, he had it installed and pressure checked very quickly. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend MS Propane."
