"Its small business saturday and we need a couple specific prices of furniture so why not for in and see.. We went in and was blown away by the family that runs it. They have a large selection and the quality is deff there. They went above and beyond and out if the 3 piecs I needed, they got me 2 of them. I needed a special ottoman for my 80lb Heeler named Bear, who has to see out the window and a recliner for me. I love my new Ashley rocker recliner and the price was just as comfy. I didn't mind paying that for such comfort. When I need more furniture, I will gladly go back and I will refer people."

"It's an easy 50 min. drive to Buffalo. They have a pretty good selection of better furniture and the people were helpful and friendly. Our order was delayed several times due to material shortages related to Covid, which was to be expected and was beyond the dealer's control. Our disappointment came from having to call after each missed delivery date (and we waited a week each time) to find out the status. Not until we were well past the six month mark did we get a call that was initiated by Chapman's, even then the first one was past the date. The delivery drivers were very friendly, did a great job, and were on time! These days nearly every delivery we've had in the last few years was accompanied by a call from the driver (or dispatch) to verify the address and give an approximate delivery time. Not so with Chapman. I mentioned this to one of the delivery crew, and he said our phone # was not included with the delivery info. Their furniture selection and brands (Flexsteel, LaCrosse) are good and the prices are reasonable, but the customer service was not acceptable."
