"Hit or miss. Fries and tots usually aren't fresh but other food is good."
"I ordered via door dash. It took them 20 minutes to make a breakfast burrito, and the dasher sat there for 15 minutes and they hadn't even started my order. I called, and the store manager was very rude, and told me it was no big deal they had other orders. Absolutely horrible customer service!!! To boot the eggs in my burrito we burnt, and there was no cheese sauce. Total time 30 minutes for a burrito that is not fit to eat!!!!!!!!!"
"I just want to say wow! I hardly ever eat fast food but it's very hard to find dinner at 7 In The Morning and there was a gentleman wearing a Green bean eand he seemed so proud of his job. He was very nice. And he sounded like he wanted to be there and he was in a great employee, so cudo to him."

"Used the restroom and it's absolutely disgusting!!!! We will never eat at a sonic again. Employee sink to wash their hands is filthy. There are alcoholic shots in the bathroom floor!!! Politely told the young man how bad it was he apologized and said they are trying to clean it up. My husband gave it a second chance because it was the same way a month ago. Clearly they are not trying to clean. We're not going back to any Sonic now. Food was not what we ordered as well"
