"I am so grateful I found this martial arts academy for my daughters. I love how the sessions are structured across the week allowing flexibility in our busy schedule to choose what night works best each week. I like how the session includes all ages so my girls have role models. I like how the belt testing is included in the tuition. Master Phillips is a strong female role model. There are many coaches on the floor along with Master Phillips so everyone stays active and engaged the entire time with an average 6:1 ratio students to instructor. Master Phillips is constantly walking the floor to interact with each student at some point during the session giving them that little boost of special attention. There is a wonderful balance between teaching Taekwondo skills, character traits (honor, integrity, focus, respect etc) & personal safety skills in a fun & active environment.
