"Con artists!! U lied about your fees and then you harass your customers after they ask to be let out of their contract due to unforseen circumstances and not using your services any longer! Terrible customer service!! Edit: I'm not, but my daughter is and we have both tried to communicate and either it's a robotic answer from the woman on the phone instead of community, friendly, understanding. Or there's NO response. We have called, emailed and text trying to come to a solution. I've even reached out to your HQ."
